Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Products must be:
o Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
o Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
3. Items purchased during sales or using discount coupons are eligible only for size exchanges/ Store Credit or Refund as the case may be.
4. Customized or altered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Process
1. Size Exchanges:
o If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at
customercare@terralunaindia.
o Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable,
we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the product.
2. Other Exchanges:
o Exchanges for a different product/style may be allowed on a case to case basis for orders not purchased on discounts or during sales.
Returns Process (Store Credit / Refund)
1. For returns, a store credit will be issued or a refund depending on the case in hand.
o The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used
for any future purchase.
o This ensures flexibility and convenience for your next shopping experience.
2. Returns will be accepted once the product passes a quality check upon receipt.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval. It can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

Pickup Process
1. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup at your
registered address.
2. Customer Responsibility:
o Ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition with tags and labels
intact.
o Be available at the scheduled time to hand over the product to the pickup agent.
o Failure to provide the product in a pristine condition or unavailability during pickup
may result in the return being voided.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
1. Contact our customer care team at customercare@terralunaindia.

3. In case of failed pickups due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for
rescheduling.
Quick Resolution Promise
We strive to process all exchanges and store Credit within 48 hours of receiving the
returned product at our facility.
Important Notes
Products purchased using discount coupons or during sales are only eligible for size
exchanges or store Credit. Refunds are not applicable.
Terra Luna reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if the product does not meet
quality standards.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
